Possible DUI Incident Reported in Speer Neighborhood Parking Lot

On September 27, 2024, at 5:22 PM Mountain Time, a traffic incident possibly involving driving under the influence was reported at 575 N Lincoln St in the Speer neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred in a parking lot, approximately half a mile northwest of the major intersection of Lincoln St and 6th Ave. A passenger car making a U-turn reportedly collided with a curb, according to initial reports. The driver was noted for careless driving, and the incident took place under dark but lighted conditions. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
