Early Morning Pedestrian Incident Reported at E Colfax Avenue and N Milwaukee Street in Congress Park

DENVER, CO 12/24/2024. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported on December 24, 2024, at 5:11 AM at the intersection of E Colfax Avenue and N Milwaukee Street in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on the roadway, with the pedestrian crossing at the intersection when a pickup truck or utility van traveling north, failed to yield the right of way while going straight. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
