Car Crashes into Tree on Icy Road in Central Park, Leaving One Seriously Injured

On November 6, 2024, at approximately 6:24 PM, a traffic incident was reported in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred on E MLK Blvd, just southeast of the intersection with N Clinton St. A passenger car traveling east went out of control and ran off the right side of the icy road, crashing into a tree. Despite the dark but lighted conditions, the incident involved careless driving with no apparent contributing factors. The crash resulted in one individual suffering serious injuries, though thankfully no fatalities were reported. This tragedy marks one of 1,082 incidents reported in the Central Park neighborhood over the past year.
