Early Morning Collision on W 13th Ave and N Speer Blvd Leaves One Seriously Injured

DENVER, CO 6/4/2025. In the early hours of June 4, 2025, at approximately 1:52 AM, a serious traffic incident occurred at the intersection of W 13th Ave and N Speer Blvd in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Denver. An SUV traveling south collided with another SUV that was stopped in traffic, resulting in a front-to-rear impact. The driver of the moving SUV was reported to be asleep or fatigued, leading to a careless driving action. This collision left one person seriously injured. 543 other incidents have been reported in the Lincoln Park area within the past year, but no fatalities occurred in this recent event.
