Possible DUI Incident Reported on Highway 070 in Denver

DENVER, CO 6/23/2025. On June 23, 2025, at 5:06 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported on Highway 070 Eastbound near North Central Park Boulevard in Denver, approximately 2 miles southeast of the intersection with Quebec Street and I-70. The incident involved a passenger car that was traveling east and ran off the right side of the road, ending up in a ditch. Although no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, authorities indicated that careless driving was observed and driving under the influence is suspected. The road is described as a non-intersection area that was dark but lighted at the time of the incident. The situation is being investigated further.
