Early Morning Motorcycle Accident Leaves One Seriously Injured in Denver

DENVER, CO 7/17/2025. A motorcycle accident was reported at 1:32 AM Mountain time on July 17, 2025, on the westbound I-70 Highway near North Peoria Street in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood. The incident occurred approximately 0.2 miles west of the intersection with Peoria Street. The motorcyclist, who was seriously injured, was cited for careless driving after weaving into the path of a passenger car traveling in the same direction. Despite the seriousness of the injuries, no fatalities were reported. This marks one of 1,115 reported incidents in the Central Park neighborhood over the past year.
