Possible DUI Incident in Northeast Park Hill Parking Lot

DENVER, CO 9/6/2025. A traffic incident was reported at 5:16 PM on September 6, 2025, at 4070 N Colorado Blvd, about 0.3 miles south of the intersection with East 40th Avenue, in the Northeast Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a vehicle traveling southbound in a parking lot, where it struck a wall or building. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported. Investigations suggest that driving under the influence might have been a factor in this case, adding to the 313 incidents reported in the neighborhood over the past year.
