Traffic Incident Involving Pedestrian Reported at E Colfax Ave and N Xanthia St

DENVER, CO 10/4/2025. A traffic incident was reported on October 4, 2025, at 1:13 PM at the intersection of E Colfax Ave and N Xanthia St in the East Colfax neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a pedestrian crossing the roadway and a passenger car traveling west. The pedestrian was reported to have dashed onto the road, while the vehicle was moving straight with no contributing action or apparent contributing factor from the driver. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This marks one of 223 incidents reported in the East Colfax neighborhood since October 4, 2024.
