DENVER, CO 10/24/2025. A traffic incident on I-70 Eastbound near North Brighton Boulevard in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood was reported at 10:38 AM Mountain time on October 24, 2025. A passenger car traveling east collided with a concrete highway barrier in the express lane, resulting in two serious injuries. The incident occurred on the roadway, approximately 0.5 miles east of the major intersection. There were no fatalities, and no apparent contributing factors were identified in the driver’s actions. This marks one of 400 incidents reported in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood over the past year.
