Motorcycle Accident in Denver Leaves One Seriously Injured Near S Colorado Blvd and E Mississippi Ave

DENVER, CO 10/16/2025. A motorcycle accident was reported in Denver on October 16, 2025, at 4:51 AM, involving an SUV and a motorcycle at the intersection of S Colorado Blvd and E Mississippi Ave. The accident occurred directly on the roadway when the SUV, traveling west and making a left turn, collided front-to-side with a motorcycle heading south. The SUV driver, cited for careless driving, failed to see the motorcycle. The collision resulted in the motorcycle hitting a utility pole, leaving one person seriously injured. No fatalities were reported in the incident.
