DENVER, CO 12/18/2025. On December 18, 2025, at approximately 12:12 PM Mountain time, a traffic incident involving a bicycle and a passenger car was reported at the intersection of Larimer Street and Park Avenue in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. The collision, which occurred about half a mile southwest from the major cross streets, involved a car making a left turn and a cyclist entering the intersection during dawn or dusk light conditions. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, despite this intersection being a frequent site of reportable incidents, with 730 occurrences in the past year alone. The cyclist and motor vehicle operator were involved in a collision characterized by the car traveling southwest while engaging in a left-turn maneuver.
