Careless Driving Leads to Serious Injury at Montview and Jasmine Intersection

DENVER, CO 10/3/2025. In the early hours of October 3, 2025, at 2:44 AM, a traffic incident involving two passenger vehicles was reported at the intersection of E Montview Blvd and N Jasmine St in the South Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred approximately 0.1 miles north of the major cross streets, attributed to a front-to-side collision. One person suffered serious injuries, although no fatalities were reported. The northbound vehicle was found to be driving carelessly, having failed to adequately observe the intersection while traveling straight. In contrast, the westbound vehicle was cleared of contributing actions or human error. This incident marks the 146th reported within the neighborhood over the past year.
