Early Morning Collision at E 9th Ave and N Broadway Involves Pedestrian

DENVER, CO 12/22/2025. On December 22, 2025, at 4:26 AM, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported at the intersection of E 9th Ave and N Broadway St, located in the Civic Center neighborhood of Denver. The pedestrian, who was on the roadway, was struck by a passenger car making a left turn heading south, but fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. The driver of the vehicle failed to yield the right of way, yet no apparent contributing factor was identified. This marks one of 256 reported incidents in the Civic Center area over the past year.
