Early Morning Collision at W Alameda Ave and S Sheridan Blvd in Denver’s Westwood Neighborhood

A traffic incident involving two passenger vehicles was reported at 4:21 AM on August 12, 2024, at the intersection of W Alameda Ave and S Sheridan Blvd in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver. The incident, which occurred under dark, lighted conditions, involved an eastbound vehicle making a left turn and colliding front-to-side with a northbound vehicle going straight. Despite the collision and the driver of the eastbound vehicle being cited for careless driving, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
