Early Morning Motorcycle Accident on I-70 in Denver Leaves No Serious Injuries

DENVER, CO 8/11/2025. In the early hours of August 11, 2025, at approximately 1:56 AM MT, a motorcycle accident occurred on westbound I-70 in Denver, near the junction with northbound I-225, roughly a quarter-mile north of the major cross streets. The incident, categorized as a non-intersection event, involved a motorcycle colliding front-to-rear with a passenger car/van. The motorcyclist, traveling west and going straight, was reported to have followed too closely, leading to the accident. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported from the scene.
