Early Morning SUV and Bicycle Collision Reported in Berkeley Neighborhood

DENVER, CO 7/22/2025. A traffic incident involving an SUV and a bicycle was reported in the Berkeley neighborhood on July 22, 2025, at 4:32 AM. The collision occurred at the intersection of N Julian St and W 38th 39th Aly, approximately half a block northwest of the major cross streets of 38th Avenue and Federal Boulevard. The SUV was traveling southeast and making a left turn when it reportedly failed to yield the right of way to the bicyclist. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported from the incident. This adds to the tally of 185 traffic incidents reported in the Berkeley area since July 25, 2024.
