DENVER, CO 11/8/2024. A traffic incident involving two SUVs was reported at 5:02 AM Mountain Time on November 8, 2024, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred on the 1200 block of North Clarkson Street, approximately 0.5 miles northwest of the major cross streets 13th Avenue and Broadway. According to the initial report, one SUV traveling north collided side to side with another SUV parked along the roadway, which was also hit front-to-front and front-to-rear. The road conditions were reported as slushy with dark-lit surroundings, potentially contributing to the driver’s careless actions. No serious injuries or fatalities were reported. Authorities have not ruled out the possibility of driving under the influence as a contributing factor to the incident.
