DENVER, CO 11/9/2024. On November 9, 2024, at 5:34 AM, a traffic incident was reported near E Bayaud Ave and S Steele St, approximately a quarter-mile northeast of the intersection. In the Cherry Creek neighborhood, a passenger vehicle traveling northwest ran off the right side of the snowy road, striking both a curb and two trees. The road was reported as dark but lighted at the time. No serious injuries or fatalities occurred. Authorities are investigating the possibility of driving under the influence being a contributing factor in this incident.
