DENVER, CO 12/20/2024. On December 20, 2024, at approximately 10:49 PM MT, a fatal traffic incident occurred on W Colfax Ave, approximately 0.3 miles east of Mile High Stadium W Cir in the Sun Valley neighborhood of Denver. The crash involved a passenger car that collided with a concrete highway barrier while negotiating a curve. The driver, reportedly engaged in careless and aggressive driving, sadly resulted in one fatality. This incident marks a somber addition to the 136 reported incidents in the Sun Valley neighborhood over the past year.
