DENVER, CO 6/3/2025. A traffic incident involving a motorcycle and an SUV was reported at 11:37 AM on June 3, 2025, at the intersection of North Grant Street and East 2nd Avenue in Denver’s Speer neighborhood. The collision occurred approximately two miles east of the intersection of Speer Boulevard and Colfax Avenue. The SUV, traveling south, collided front to side with the eastbound motorcycle in what authorities have described as a result of careless driving on the part of the SUV driver due to being distracted by the interior. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This incident is among the 323 reported in Speer since June 7, 2024.
