Motorcycle Accident in Capitol Hill Leads to Serious Injury

DENVER, CO 5/31/2025. On May 31, 2025, at 9:14 AM MT, a traffic incident involving a motorcycle was reported on the 800 block of N Washington St in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The accident, located approximately 0.3 miles southwest of the intersection of Colfax Ave and Lincoln St, occurred when the motorcyclist fell from their vehicle while traveling south on a non-intersection roadway. The rider was seriously injured due to the event reportedly involving careless driving and other contributing factors. This marks the 420th traffic incident in the Capitol Hill area since May 31, 2024.
