Motorcycle Accident in Capitol Hill Leaves One Seriously Injured

DENVER, CO 8/9/2025. On August 9, 2025, at 8:54 PM, a motorcycle accident was reported at the intersection of E 12th Ave and N Ogden St in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a passenger car making a left turn eastbound and a motorcycle heading straight westbound. The collision occurred within 100 meters from the major cross streets E 13th Ave to the north and N Clarkson St to the west. The accident took place at the intersection under dark but lighted conditions, resulting in one serious injury to the motorcycle rider. Careless driving has been noted as a contributing factor from the passenger car’s driver. This is one of the many incidents reported in Capitol Hill, with 420 others occurring since last year.
