Motorcycle Accident in Denver Leaves One Seriously Injured

DENVER, CO 8/19/2025. On August 19, 2025, at approximately 8:06 AM, a motorcycle accident occurred in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. The crash happened at the intersection of I-225 Southbound and I-70 Eastbound, about 0.7 miles southeast of the major cross streets Central Park Boulevard and East 40th Avenue. The motorcycle, reportedly negotiating a curve, struck a concrete highway barrier resulting in the rider falling from the vehicle. Reckless driving has been cited as a contributing factor. One individual sustained serious injuries, although no fatalities were reported.
