Motorcycle and Car Collision Reported in West Colfax

DENVER, CO 8/3/2025. A traffic incident involving a motorcycle and a passenger car was reported on August 3, 2025, at 11:38 AM Mountain Time in the 1600 block of N Quitman St in the West Colfax neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred approximately 0.3 miles east of the intersection of W Colfax Ave and Perry St. Both vehicles were traveling straight, with the motorcycle heading east and the passenger car heading south. The incident resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities, and was classified under front to side impact at the mid-block crosswalk on the roadway. This is the latest in a series of traffic incidents reported in the West Colfax area, totaling 231 since August 4, 2024.
