Motorcycle Involved in Traffic Incident on I-225 Southbound Ramp

DENVER, CO 5/20/2025. A traffic incident involving a passenger car and a motorcycle was reported on May 20, 2025, at 6:55 AM Mountain Time on the ramp of I-225 Highway Southbound near South Tamarac Street in the Hampden South neighborhood of Denver. The accident, which occurred approximately a quarter-mile south of the major crossroads at I-225 Highway and South Tamarac Street, involved a passenger car changing lanes purportedly due to careless and aggressive driving, causing a front-to-rear collision with a motorcycle traveling straight. Despite the vehicles’ movements and the nature of the incident, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This marks the 388th incident in the Hampden South neighborhood since May 20, 2024.
