DENVER, CO 12/13/2025. On December 13, 2025, at 3:05 AM, a traffic incident involving an SUV and a pedestrian was reported at 2727 W Evans Ave, located in the College View – South Platte neighborhood of Denver. The event occurred in a parking lot designated as private property. The SUV, traveling north and making a left turn, was noted for careless driving with the driver failing to see the pedestrian, though the pedestrian took no contributing action. The incident resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities. Over the past year, there have been 191 incidents reported in the same neighborhood.
