DENVER, CO 6/3/2025. On June 3, 2025, at 3:34 PM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of W Bayaud Ave and N Knox Ct in the Barnum neighborhood of Denver. The crash, which occurred on a wet roadway under dark but lighted conditions, involved a southbound pickup truck making a left turn colliding front-to-front and side with a low-speed vehicle traveling straight. The driver of the pickup truck failed to yield the right of way due to reportedly looking but not seeing the other vehicle. As a result, one person in the low-speed vehicle sustained serious injuries. No fatalities were reported in this incident, which adds to the 168 traffic incidents recorded in Barnum since June 2024.
