DENVER, CO 7/14/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian and an SUV was reported at 2:27 AM MT on July 14, 2025, on East Green Valley Ranch Boulevard in Denver’s Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. The incident occurred approximately one mile east of the intersection with Tower Road, alongside the roadway in a non-intersecting zone. The SUV, traveling south, failed to yield the right of way due to the driver looking but failing to see the pedestrian, who was on the roadway. Despite the nature of the incident involving a pedestrian, authorities reported no serious injuries or fatalities. The Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood has experienced 577 traffic-related incidents over the past year.
