DENVER, CO 8/18/2025. A pedestrian was injured in a traffic incident involving an SUV in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood. The incident was reported at 11:05 AM on August 18, 2025, near the intersection of E 44th Ave and N Steele St. The SUV, traveling west, was making a right turn when it struck the pedestrian, who was crossing at the intersection. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This incident adds to a total of 384 reported traffic incidents in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood since August 22, 2024.
