DENVER, CO 6/26/2025. A traffic incident involving a pedestrian and a transit bus was reported on June 26, 2025, at 4:34 PM in the Montbello neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on a dark-lighted non-intersection roadway at the junction of E Maxwell Pl and N Atchison St, approximately 0.5 miles southeast of the nearest major cross streets. The pedestrian was traveling along the roadway with traffic when the incident took place. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. As of this incident, Montbello has experienced 488 similar reports since June 26, 2024.
