DENVER, CO 9/15/2025. On September 15, 2025, at 10:25 AM, an incident involving a pedestrian was reported at the intersection of N Newton Osceola Aly and W 3rd Ave in the Barnum neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred at a mid-block crosswalk where a pedestrian reportedly failed to obey traffic signs, signals, or an officer. A pickup truck or utility van traveling south was involved, with no contributing action or apparent human factor from the driver. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
