Pedestrian Involved in Traffic Incident at E Hampden Ave and S Akron St

DENVER, CO 10/22/2025. On October 22, 2025, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian was reported at 12:25 PM on E Hampden Ave, approximately half a mile west of S Akron St in the Hampden neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on the roadway during dark-lighted conditions and is described as being related to the intersection. A passenger car traveling eastbound and a pedestrian, whose action was described as ‘Other’ in the narrative, were involved. Despite the collision, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. This location has seen 255 other incidents in the past year.
