DENVER, CO 11/13/2024. On November 13, 2024, at 4:49 PM, a traffic incident was reported on the 600 block of S Dayton St in the Windsor neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved a pedestrian and an SUV on a roadway not at an intersection. The SUV was traveling west and making a left turn when the driver failed to yield the right of way due to distraction from an exterior factor. The pedestrian was crossing or entering the road away from an intersection. No serious injuries or fatalities occurred. This is one of 98 incidents reported in the Windsor neighborhood since November 14, 2023.
