Pedestrian Safety Alert Following Incident on S Federal Blvd

DENVER, CO 12/23/2025. On December 23, 2025, at 12:53 PM MT, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian occurred in the 1200 block of S Federal Blvd, approximately two blocks north of the intersection with W Mississippi Ave. The event took place in the Ruby Hill neighborhood on a non-intersection roadway and was categorized under dark but lighted conditions. A pedestrian, who reportedly darted or dashed onto the road, was struck by a southbound passenger vehicle moving straight without any noted contributing actions by the driver. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. This incident is one of 200 recorded in Ruby Hill since December 2024.
