Pedestrian Struck by Car in Ruby Hill, No Serious Injuries Reported

DENVER, CO 12/21/2025. On December 21, 2025, at approximately 12:11 PM Mountain Time, a traffic incident involving a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle was reported at 2950 W Florida Ave in the Ruby Hill neighborhood of Denver. The incident occurred on the roadway in a non-intersection area approximately 0.5 miles west of the intersection with Federal Blvd. According to the report, the pedestrian was crossing or entering the road without using an intersection when they were struck by a vehicle traveling east. Despite the collision occurring under dark, lighted conditions, no serious injuries or fatalities resulted from the incident. This marks the 205th reported traffic-related incident in the Ruby Hill area since December 22, 2024.
