Possible DUI in Collision Near 24th St, No Serious Injuries Reported

DENVER, CO 7/31/2025. A potential DUI-related traffic incident was reported on July 31, 2025, at 6:03 PM in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver. The collision occurred on the 700 block of 24th Street, approximately 0.3 miles east of the intersection with Welton Street and California Street. The accident involved two passenger vehicles; one was traveling east and speeding, striking a parked car first front to side and then front to front. Fortunately, the incident, which may involve driving under the influence according to preliminary observations, resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities.
