Possible DUI Incident in Westwood Involving SUV and Passenger Car

DENVER, CO 10/24/2025. A traffic incident was reported at 7:39 PM on October 24, 2025, at 300 S Sheridan Blvd, located just north of the intersection of W Alameda Ave and S Sheridan Blvd in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver. The incident involved an SUV traveling north, which collided front-to-rear with a passenger car or van stopped in traffic. Although there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported, the accident occurred in dark but lighted conditions on a non-intersection roadway. Authorities indicated there might be involvement of Driving under the Influence, contributing to the crash. This marks one of 321 incidents reported in the Westwood neighborhood over the past year.
