Possible DUI Incident Involving Motorcycle Reported in Capitol Hill

DENVER, CO 4/2/2025. A traffic incident potentially involving Driving under the Influence was reported in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood on April 2, 2025, at 10:05 PM. The incident occurred at the intersection of North Clarkson Street and East 14th Avenue, involving a motorcycle traveling east and colliding front-to-side with another vehicle moving north. The accident led to one serious injury, with the driver of the motorcycle reportedly disregarding traffic signs or markings. The conditions at the time were dark but lighted, and the incident happened approximately 0.1 miles south of the major intersections in the area. This marks one of 403 traffic incidents reported in Capitol Hill since the same date last year.
