DENVER, CO 12/29/2025. On December 29, 2025, at 1:55 PM, authorities received a report of a traffic incident involving two SUVs at 14974 E Maxwell Pl in the Montbello neighborhood of Denver. The accident occurred on a roadway, approximately one mile east of the major cross streets of Chambers Road and East 56th Avenue. Initial reports suggest a front-to-front collision under dark, lighted conditions. While there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported, the incident may involve driving under the influence. The driver of one SUV was noted for careless driving with other contributing factors; the driver of the second SUV had no apparent contributing factors.
