DENVER, CO 9/18/2025. A traffic incident possibly involving driving under the influence was reported on September 18, 2025, at 7:01 PM Mountain Time in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood. The incident occurred at the intersection of W 26th Ave and N Alcott St, approximately 0.3 miles northeast of Federal Blvd and 23rd Ave. A collision took place in dark but lighted conditions, involving an eastbound SUV making a left turn and a westbound pickup truck or utility van going straight. The driver of the SUV reportedly failed to yield the right of way. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities.
