Possible DUI Incident Reported at Brighton Blvd and 46th Ave Intersection

DENVER, CO 3/1/2025. A traffic incident was reported in Denver’s Elyria Swansea neighborhood on March 1, 2025, at 10:34 PM Mountain Time. The collision occurred at the intersection of North Brighton Boulevard and East 46th Avenue. The incident involved two passenger vehicles, both traveling west, with one vehicle going straight and the other making a left turn. The accident, characterized as a front-to-rear collision, took place on a dark-lighted roadway. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported. Preliminary reports suggest the incident might involve driving under the influence. The location is approximately 0.3 miles west of the intersection of Brighton Boulevard and East 47th Avenue. This adds to the 353 incidents reported in the neighborhood since March 1, 2024.
