Possible DUI Incident Reported in Central Park Neighborhood, No Serious Injuries

DENVER, CO 12/21/2024. On December 21, 2024, at approximately 7:46 PM Mountain time, a traffic incident was reported in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. Occurring in the 3400 block of North Central Park Boulevard, approximately 0.5 miles northeast of the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the incident involved a passenger car making a U-turn. The vehicle, traveling south, veered off the left side of the road under dark, but lighted, conditions. Initial reports suggest that distracted driving was a contributing factor, and the incident may possibly involve Driving under the Influence (DUI). Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
