Possible DUI Incident Involving Passenger Car Reported on I-70 in Northeast Park Hill

DENVER, CO 4/16/2025. On April 16, 2025, at approximately 6:47 PM Mountain Time, a traffic incident was reported at the I-70 eastbound highway near its intersection with North Holly Street, northeast of the major cross streets. The collision involved a passenger car and a medium/heavy truck and occurred on a roadway ramp under dark-lighted conditions. Initial reports suggest the passenger car, traveling east and possibly driven carelessly, rear-ended the truck. Although no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, the incident may involve driving under the influence. This adds to the 292 traffic incidents recorded in the Northeast Park Hill neighborhood since the previous year.
