Possible DUI Incident Reported in Speer Neighborhood

A traffic incident potentially involving driving under the influence was reported at 9:03 PM on October 3, 2024, near the intersection of North Downing Street and East 1st Avenue in the Speer neighborhood of Denver. The vehicle reportedly ran off the right side of the road and struck a fixed object while traveling east in the dark-lit conditions. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities. This incident marks the 337th traffic-related incident in Speer since October 31, 2023.
