Possible DUI Incident Reported Near Gateway – Green Valley Ranch

DENVER, CO 3/2/2025. On the evening of March 2, 2025, at approximately 8:22 PM, authorities received a report of a traffic incident on the 18800 block of E Maxwell Pl in the Gateway – Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. The collision occurred on the roadway, about a mile north of the intersection at E 56th Ave and Peña Blvd. Involving two passenger vehicles traveling in opposite directions, the crash resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities, though the driver of the westbound vehicle was noted for careless driving. Preliminary reports suggest the possibility of Driving under the Influence. The case is currently under investigation as part of the 523 incidents reported in this area within the past year.
