Possible DUI Incident Reported Near Steele St and 41st Ave in Denver

DENVER, CO 12/19/2025. On December 19, 2025, at 10:01 PM Mountain Time, an incident was reported in the Elyria Swansea neighborhood of Denver involving a single SUV that ran off the right side of the road at the intersection of N Steele St and E 41st Ave. The vehicle, traveling north, collided with a sign and then a fence, in an area described as dark but lighted. The location of the accident was approximately 0.2 miles northeast from the major cross streets of Steele St and 40th Ave. There were no serious injuries or fatalities reported. The incident might involve driving under the influence, though no human contributory factors were observed at the time of the report. This marks the 398th reported incident in the area since December 19, 2024.
