Possible DUI Incident Reported on E 12th Ave and N Sherman St in Capitol Hill

DENVER, CO 3/9/2025. In the early hours of March 9, 2025, at precisely 3:35 AM, a traffic accident was reported at the intersection of E 12th Ave and N Sherman St in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Approximately 400 feet northwest of Colfax Ave and Broadway, the incident involved a northbound passenger car carelessly colliding front to rear with a parked SUV, resulting in an overturning or rollover sequence. The incident, noted in a non-intersection area under dark yet lit conditions, fortunately resulted in no serious injuries or fatalities. However, authorities indicate that there may have been involvement of Driving under the Influence. This report marks the 389th traffic incident in Capitol Hill since March 10, 2024.
