DENVER, CO 12/13/2025. On December 13, 2025, at approximately 5:19 PM MT, a traffic incident was reported on the 12200 block of E 51st Ave in the Montbello neighborhood of Denver. The incident, which took place 0.8 miles east of the intersection of E 49th Ave and Chambers Road, involved a passenger car traveling east and colliding with a parked SUV. Though no serious injuries or fatalities were reported, the incident is being investigated as potentially involving driving under the influence. The road is noted as non-intersection and unlit, with the car’s driver cited for careless driving. This adds to the 497 incidents reported in Montbello since December 14, 2024.
