Possible DUI Incident Reported on I-25 Near Park Ave W in Denver

DENVER, CO 8/7/2025. On August 7, 2025, at 8:46 PM Mountain time, a traffic incident involving a possible DUI was reported on I-25 Northbound, approximately half a mile north of Park Avenue West in Denver. A passenger car traveling straight collided front-to-rear with a parked medium/heavy truck on the dark-lighted non-intersection section of the roadway. The driver of the passenger car allegedly disregarded other road signs or markings. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or fatalities reported in this incident. The investigation into whether driving under the influence was involved is ongoing.
