Possible DUI Incident Reported on W 39th Ave and N Fox St in Denver

DENVER, CO 5/2/2025. On May 2, 2025, at 9:07 PM, a traffic incident was reported at the intersection of W 39th Ave and N Fox St in the Globeville neighborhood of Denver. Approximately 0.5 miles northeast of the major cross streets of I-25 and I-70, the incident involved a passenger car traveling north that collided with a curb and a fence. The vehicle was reportedly involved in reckless driving and there is a possibility of Driving under the Influence. The area was dark but lit at the time of the incident, and fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities occurred. This incident is one of the 395 reported in the neighborhood over the past year.
